We would like to thank all the bands that participated in the 2010 Hard rock and Metal Festival. It was awesome and although we didn’t get the response we expected we were the first to have live bands performing there own songs on a theatre stage. There were a lot of promises made to us that wasn’t delivered but we at Rocking.SA would like to say to all the bands that made it to the theatre send us your bio and a band pick and we will give you a free listing on underplayed website for a year also we will draw two bands each mount that will be featured on our home page with there bio and picture. We are planning an event next year with a charity, we got the venue and a charity in mind and looking for sponsorships to make sure you get your paid gig. To the band that got one of there guitars stolen we regret that it happened but we did mail you to ask you what the make was so maybe we could make a plan to see if we could get you a guitar sponsored, you didn’t reply, instead you bad mouth us for trying something that was never done before in South Africa with not even a budget to put it all together. We suggest you stop your rants on our group page otherwise you won’t get a spot next year to perform in our benefit concerts. We are face-lifting our site it is a working progress but now we have more to offer the bands for first we have an sms system were you and start putting your gigs up and then fans can sms your band name to a number and find out were you are playing next for only R1500 per year, you can buy additional sms at 35c an sms if you buy 1000 sms to send gigs out to your database.
